The Presidency has said that President Muhammadu Buhari will address Nigerians on Friday (new year) by 7:00 am.
The statement was released by the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to President Buhari, Garba Shehu.
He stated that all media outlets are enjoined to join the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively, for the address.
