Former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani has raised an alarm over the reopening of schools
The reopening is happening in the heat of the COVID-19 second wave.

The ex-lawmaker blasted the state government and federal government, saying that the two tiers of Government are confused.
Sani said that state governments should pay more attention in ensuring obedience to COVID-19 safety rules and not the Federal Government.
Sani tweeted: “Reopening schools and other #COVID19 regulatory measures should be a matter for the states and not the FG; the 36 states, including FCT have different infection rates. There is evident confusion on how to tackle the second wave.”
It should be noted that Schools all over the country have been scheduled to resume today, despite the COVID-19 second wave.
