The anti-graft body, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will arraign the former Minister of Aviation, Senator Stella Oduah on February 22.
He was accused of misappropriating public funds during her tenure in office.
The date was fixed because the former minister was yet to be served with the court processes.
It should be noted that Oduah is a Senator, at presently represents Anambra North Senatorial District at the National Assembly.
EFCC’s lawyer, Dr Hassan Liman, SAN, told the court that the ex-minister that he had not been served with the court processes.
Due to this, the lawyer called for an adjournment to enable the anti-graft agency to serve the legislator.
“My lord, the matter has been set out today for arraignment but I have been informed by the commission that the first defendant (Oduah) is yet to be served.
“In view of that my lord, may I humbly apply for a very short date,” he said.
The judge then the case until Feb. 22 for defendants to take their plea.
