The ex-Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mohammed Adamu has formally handed over to his successor Usman Alkali Baba.
The handing over ceremony took place at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
He did the handeding over after Vice President Yemi Osinbajo decorated Baba with his new rank at a ceremony that took place in the State House, Abuja.
