The Federal Government through the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has reported 1,861 new coronavirus infections in the country.
The national health body made this known via its verified Twitter account on late Wednesday night.
The centre also announced that the nation recorded 22 deaths.
It disclosed that Lagos recorded the highest toll with 773 cases, followed by FCT, 285.
