Former Nigerian presidential aspirant, Adamu Garba, has expressed his opinion to the investigative video shared by CNN in regard to the Lekki Tollgate shooting.
According to the politician, he would have considered the option of dragging the western news outlet to court.
In a recent post on Twitter pointed out that he would have gone ahead to file a lawsuit to drag CNN to court, if they have stirred up the people of Nigeria against its government which they eventually avoided doing.
Whiles jabbing the CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey whom he had sued earlier last month on grounds that he was actively supporting the funding of the EndSARS protests across the nation, he stated that the news network was doing their job as compared to Jack who was directly interfering in Nigeria’s political affairs.
Adamu went on to clarify that CNN was doing an investigative reporting and not conclusive one while urging all citizens to await a response from authorities
