Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has said the Senate President, Bukola Saraki “is not an armed robber or a murderer” following his summon by the Police.
Saraki was invited by the Police over alleged sponsorship of suspects in the Offa bank robbery earlier in the year.
Although Saraki has expressed readiness to honour the invite before he was told ti defend himself in writing, Fani-Kayode admitted that even if he does not agree with him on certain matters, the lawmaker can never do such thing.
The former Presidential Aide took to his Twitter handle saying: I have known

“I may not agree with him on many things,including his choice of political party,but one thing that I can say is this: he is not an armed robber or a murderer and he is not a sponsorer of armed robbers and murderers.”
