The Governor of Lagos State, His Excllency Mr Babajide Sanwo olu has been advised to reduce frequent movement around Lagos; instead he should make use of different technology platform in directing command operation.

This is coming from the Director General of Centre for Institutions reform in Nigeria (CFIRIN), Mr. Lai Omotola.

The centre is of the opinion that as the Governor continues to move around in his entourage, it has become difficult to maintain the social distancing.

Furthermore, technology has provided opportunity to achieve the same result when he is on ground or online which comes with safety.

This will not be new as the prime minister of UK Mr. Boris Johnson announced to work online after testing positive to COVID 19.

It will be recalled that two Governors recently tested positive to coronavirus in Nigeria, they are Bala Mohammed of Bauchi and Nasir-El-Rufai of Kaduna states.
